  Prof. (Dr) Vinay Rana has vast experience in the Hospitality Industry, Academics, and Research, spanning over 28 years. Indian Hospitality Congress has conferred the "Aspiring Researcher Welcome Award" to Dr Rana for the year 2015-16. In the year 2016, he received the "Educator of the Year Award 2016" by the International Society for Hospitality Education and he is also the recipient of "The Global Hospitality Leadership Award 2018", "The Academic and Research Excellence Award 2019," and 'The Global Hospitality Award 2019 (-Best Mentor in Hospitality Education), felicitated at International Conferences.

He is a life member of the "Chefs Association of Five Rivers" (Punjab) along with "The Indian Federation of Culinary Associations" and "The World Association of Chefs' Societies."

He is the Founder-Operator of Taste of America, a Quick Service Restaurant, and has done a very extensive study in coffee roasting. With his unique experience in coffee roasting, he is poised to bring out some of the best coffee in India.   Mr Sukhwinder Singh Pasricha is a multilingual, dynamic training and development specialist with two decades of experience, carrying a postgraduate degree in Hospitality and an alumnus of the Oberoi Centre for Learning & Development (OCLD). He has designed and delivered training all over India in a variety of industries in different areas and focus groups ranging from organisational to individual level. He has conducted training for the development of soft skills, which involve behaviour improvement for efficiency and capacity building. Topics range from personal development, capacity and confidence building, conflict management (both intra-personnel and human-animal conflicts), stress and anger management, grooming and personal hygiene, public speaking, life-skill enhancement, creative thinking, and professional skills development. Delivered training to Forest Department personnel on topics such as capacity building, human-animal conflicts, fire safety and prevention, life skills, spoken language, and attitude correction for forest watchers, guards, and rangers in different areas around Uttarakhand while coordinating with senior officials. An amateur naturalist who understands the various flora and fauna around us and its importance to our lives and the future of the same that must be safeguarded with utmost priority.

He attained his advanced education from Flair-mania Institute, and through his passion, he has successfully achieved levels 1 and 2 from Wine Spirit Education Trust. As a connoisseur, he was co-founder of Wine Zone Media a digital platform on YouTube dedicated to bartending. He is a great skilled hand behind the bar and has a charming personality ideal for customer service, other than this he has a certification as Dons of Tequila, National Finalist 2015, UAE. Mr. Jeet is consummate. A bartender is in love with his craft.

He has more than 16 years of work experience in 5-star hotels in India and abroad. His experience ranges from The Oberios Towers in Mumbai, Hotel Blue Diamond in Pune, Haveli Restaurant in Mumbai, Leela Kempinski in Mumbai, Radisson, Mumbai and Delhi, Ramada in Dubai, and Spice in Adelaide, Australia. Chef Rahul Wali has a Graduate Diploma in Gastronomy from Le Cordon Bleu, Adelaide, South Australia. He is a Life Member of the Indian Culinary Forum and a life member of the Chefs Association of Five Rivers in Punjab. He runs cooking classes for school kids and adults, gives lectures on healthy eating, and writes a blog on food. He is an avid supporter of the "Slow food movement" and personally teaches parents and kids not to have fast food. Being a dedicated trainer by nature, Chef Rahul Wali has constantly involved himself in developing and training many young talents through his experience.
